AMMS Chorus Formal Uniform 

-Black Polo Shirt (rental included in chorus fee)
-Black Slacks or Long Skirts (completely black - past the knee)
-Black socks or stockings
-Black DRESS shoes (no flipflops, sneakers, sandals)
