2. Pay Chorus activity fee - see payment (osp) links tab    
3. Fill out Confirmation form linked here: Link to Syllabus Confirmation Form - due by August 18

4. Order OPTIONAL spiritwear sweaters - links to order on the Payment (osp) links tab

5. Send in requested Chorus supplies: 
  • ½ inch (.5 inch) binder with 25 sheets of notebook paper and 5 dividers.  Any color is fine!
  • One box of tissues
  • one box of pencils
  • ​one box of bandaids
