4. Order OPTIONAL spiritwear sweaters - links to order on the Payment (osp) links tab

5. Send in requested Chorus supplies: 

• ½ inch (.5 inch) binder with 25 sheets of notebook paper and 5 dividers.  Any color is fine!
• One box of tissues
• one box of pencils
• ​one box of bandaids

-Black Slacks or Long Skirts (completely black - past the knee)
